We offer both an indoor and outdoor arena with professional synthetic footing, as well as a trot track around the property for conditioning. 

We have large bright stalls with hot rope turn outs; the safest fencing for professional horses. Stalls are picked twice per day. 

Grass and/or alfalfa fed 3-4 times per day.

Other included amenities: hot water wash rack, heated barn, blanketing, night check, trailer parking, fly control and full or half day turn out.

Sabrina Bablitz's experience not only working with Olympic Dressage trainers but also having competed in all three rings has made her extremely versatile in her training and given her the ability fully customize a training program to fit you and your horse. Taken from her experience at the Spanish Riding School she uses in-hand work, long-lining and cross training(cavalletti work) to help you achieve your goals.
